Please email your resale/tax exemption certificate to sales@ca.protectli.com requesting your account to be marked as tax exempt and let us know the email you have registered with on our website. We'll take things on from there to get you sorted!
We believe in providing transparency and strong value for everyone by offering the same standard pricing to both individual customers and partners. However, if you're ordering 50 units or more, we’ve got volume discounts ready for you.
RMAs are easy and flexible. We provide standard and advanced replacements depending on the case. Resellers can create a support ticket by clicking here and including their order number and a description of the issue they’re having. Our local experts will respond as soon as possible with instructions on processing the RMA.
