Protectli typically ships all custom Vault firewalls within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.
GENERAL
Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
SECTION 2 – RETURNS
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. If you don’t like it within 30 days, we will take it back. Period. Please refer to warranty & returns for full details. Paid shipping costs are not refundable.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TERMS
3.1 TRANSIT TIME
In general, ground domestic shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 business days. For international shipments, please refer to shipping estimates when selecting your shipping address at checkout.
3.2 FULFILLMENT TIME
Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.3 SHIPPING METHOD AND SIGNATURE RELEASE
We reserve the right to change shipping services based on the current operating conditions of our carriers, while we will try our best to use the carrier you select, from time to time another option may be used for operational reasons.
Residential deliveries may from time to time be made with signature required to ensure correct and complete delivery of items for our mutual protection. We understand this is at times may present a challenge, however all of our shipping options provide some way to allow you to sign for a package ahead of time at your option and risk, or retrieve your package from a secure location.
SECTION 4 – TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon fulfillment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
SECTION 5 – IMPORT DUTIES & TAX
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Protectli encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Protectli at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
